- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I dont like banks at all but my experience over the last year with redwood capital has been great. The tellers always remember my name. I can always get a person on the phone to talk to. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I can confidently say that these are the best tellers I have ever met. Its nice to share a laugh with them and leave the bank (Yes the BANK) with a smile on my face. I may still be broke but at least I like my bank.
